What does that really mean? With the recent events in the USA, many have been hurt by investing in new developments that are now out of business and the investor's money was not protected. Safety and Security at Puerto Bahía means putting 85% of the money in a strict escrow account with First American Title. Interest will also be paid for 12 months while the deposits are in escrow. Another security feature in place is, at delivery, we can provide you with an individual Title Insurance Policy from First American Title which protects the buyer 100%. There is no other development in bay ,that I am aware of that is doing these things to protect the buyers.

Profitability at Puerto Bahía means giving the buyers of lots in Phase One an opportunity that will never exist again inside the Bay of Banderas. Phase One will offer only 77 lots at an unheard of 40%-50% discount to the comps in the area. A list of the comps is available with the phone numbers, so all buyers can independently verify. Different than the USA this is 40-50% discount from current prices in an appreciating market, not 50% lower price from previous sale.

Sales have already started, on a first-come first-serve basis, with a 2 lot maximum. The 2 lot maximum is to give more investors an opportunity to participate. There are no discounts!
